in the Alberta Personal Property Registry Electronic System and Certificates
for all three (3) level users of the Alberta Corporate Registry Remote
Computer Registration System
The performance of registrations, including initial registrations,
amendments, renewals and discharges of Security Agreements (covering
general collateral and serial numbered goods), Garage Keepers’
Liens and other instruments capable of being registered against the
personal Property Security Registry, as well as searching the Registry
to determine the existence of registrations against individual debtors,
business debtors and serial numbered goods.
We are registered to perform corporate, trade name and
trademark searches on the Newly Updated Automated Name Search (NUANS)
System.
